The project incorporates various green features, including:
- Rainwater harvesting for water savings
- Shorter side on East-West Orientation to reduce heat gain
- Passive energy sources for lighting and ventilation in all spaces to reduce carbon footprint.
- Shading devices where needed.
- Use of materials with less embodied energy.
In addition to these green features, the project also offers spacious rooms, a spa, restaurants, a bar, a rooftop lounge, and a tennis court.

Team Hangout
Lastly, for the litedares Review 2023 is the team hangout. We recognized the importance of fostering camaraderie and team spirit. A well-deserved team hangout provided an opportunity for relaxation, bonding, and celebration of collective accomplishments, reinforcing the strong sense of unity and also purpose within our organization.
In February, our team had a memorable hangout. We took some time off work to unwind and recharge for the tasks ahead. It was an opportunity for everyone to get to know each other better, bond, and have fun. During the hangout, we engaged in different activities. This includes playing games, storytelling, catching a flick, having some good food, etc. The atmosphere was relaxed, and everyone had a great time.
Looking back, the team hangout was a fantastic way to build team spirit. Also to strengthen relationships, and promote a positive work culture. We all left the event feeling re-energized and ready to tackle our tasks with renewed enthusiasm. It was indeed a memorable experience for everyone
